What we use

No cookies. No session storage, no fingerprinting, and no advertising or analytics tag from anyone else.

Two choices are remembered, and only when you make them yourself: the language, if you change it, and the light or dark appearance, if you switch it. They are kept in the local storage of your browser under two names. "theme" holds light or dark. "app_lang" holds the language code (en, fr or it). Neither is sent to us, and neither says anything about who you are.

Why there is no banner

A consent banner exists because a site stores or reads something on your device that it does not need, or because it builds a record that can be traced back to a person. This site does neither. Counting page views without keeping an IP address, without a user agent and without a referring address leaves a number, and a number needs no permission.

These two entries are kept in your browser only if you ask for them, by switching the appearance or choosing a language. They stay on your device, they are never sent to us, and they hold nothing that says who you are. Choose neither and this site writes nothing to your device at all. You can remove them at any time in the site data settings of your browser.

Embedded content

There is no dashboard, map, video, chat or advertising embed anywhere on this site. The typefaces are files served by this site itself, so showing the page does not send a request to Google or to any other font service. Your browser fetches them from our host like any other file of the page, and that sets nothing on your device.
